This site is being developed to allow access to users of assistive technology. We are intending to address the Priority 1, 2 and 3 checkpoints, of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, This organisation sets the standards for internet accessibility.
Please note:
Some of our accessibility features, such as the increasing of text
size need Java script and cookies to be enabled in order to function
fully.
Cookies are small text files that are created on your computer
by a Web site that store information required when you use your
internet browser. This data may be used by that web site only.
This information helps the Web server keep track of things
such as user preferences and data that you may submit
while browsing the site. Your web page can then be customized
based on that data.
Cookies set by this site contain information about
the preferred font size last used.
Other web sites may store, for example, the list of purchases
you have selected before proceeding to their payment page.
The use of cookies enables a Web site to become more interactive
with its users, and allow their preferences to be automatically
used during future visits.
Access keys are available to allow access to information using the keyboard as well as the mouse to active hyperlinks. The underlined characters in hyperlinks correspond to the access keys.
To use the access keys feature for Microsft Windows
Internet Explorer users can
press ALT key + access key.
Mozilla Firefox users can
press ALT key + Shift key + access key.
On Apple systems, press CTRL key+ access key.
Some content is presented in PDF documents. Viewing, downloading and printing these files requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free of charge from the Adobe website. Acrobat reader is a fairly large download of about 20mb so it will take a long time on a dial up link.
To save PDF files for later viewing, right click on the text link or image; select Save Target As and save the file to your computer.
To print PDF files select File > Print from the Acrobat Reader tool bar.
This site has been tested with a number of browsers, but we do recommend using the latest versions of Internet Explorer (6+ or 7+) or Firefox (1.5+).
To check the version of your internet browser:
Most of the text sizes on this web site are relative, not fixed, so that you can change the font size to suit you. You can adjust your browser's text size back to the default value (or larger if that suits you). Please note that significantly increasing the text size may adversely affect the screen layout.
Depending on your browser, you can increase or decrease the font size by:
